Stroke, heart attack, and hyperactivity are the result of personal trauma, loss of personal integrity. In such cases, and the examples of other diseases, human behavior is not aligned – thinking, feeling, and doing does not function on behalf of the individual. They are occupied and are not balanced. One does not behave by one’s needs but creates the circumstances in which these diseases occur. It is not only about the manifestation of illness on the physical body, but consequences of trauma are manifested on the stellar body, light body, and aura too. Personal integrity is broken – consciousness had been poisoned, perception disrupted, and changes in communication (behavior) emerged. Centers of thinking, feeling and doing
A person without integrity lives in a kind of a prison, the circumstances with the law of compulsion, blame, impose, seek, pulling, tearing, expectations, taking responsibility for others, attacking, and the like. The prison with strict rules, guidelines, and standards. From such a person, something is expected. Such a person considers to have a particular obligation to the owner, and therefore the one is occupied. An excellent example of that is the State, which, to its subordinates, impose fictional laws that must be followed, and such behavior is provided by creating traumatic circumstances.
Depending on the intention of the owner, subordinate one will activate centers of intent according to the owner’s will. Type of relationship within traumatic experience defines will person become mostly intellectual, solely emotional, or hyperactive. Intellectual one thinks a lot about how something should be. The emotional person will maintain unhealthy relationships through the aspect of one’s emotions, while the hyperactive one will exhaust oneself through various activities.
What sick person missing is awareness of one’s own integrity, awareness of one’s own existence, self-awareness. Awareness is the result of experience. Therefore it can be said that the person lacks experience of self and experience of one’s integrity one lost and forgotten along the way.
THINKING, FEELING AND DOING
The healthy person thinks, feels, and acts healthily. A healthy feeling implies that the person recognizes the impact of other’s intention and based on that understand one’s needs, while a healthy activity means an expression of clear and unambiguous intent. A healthy person is aware that feelings are always approaching from the environment, while the movement of intention is totally opposite. The intention is always expressed to the environment, aspire toward something. The intention is always active, and it can only be directed. A healthy person feels deep peace, satisfaction, happiness, and fulfillment. These are not emotions that come out of personal incompleteness, but emotions that come out of personal integrity. A healthy person can differ peace, happiness, satisfaction, and fulfillment from the vary same emotions which come out of an unhealthy relationship with the environment.
Unlike feelings over which one has no control and intention that one can only direct, with thinking one expresses one’s freedom. One has control over the process of thinking. One has the freedom to choose whether to build thoughts about one’s experiences or not. The thought is the result of experience and represents the sound or image of a particular experience. The opinion is a collection of experiences, aka collection of thoughts (words, images) which represent a specific meaning. Thinking is an activity of connecting experiences into a single unit. A person has the freedom to think about personal experiences or about experiences of the environment. However, just because the one has control over the process of thinking, does not mean that everyone is thinking correctly.
LAWS OF A HEALTHY EXISTENCE
Consistency is part of nature. Everything has its structure and shape. Thinking as an activity also creates structure and form. Thinking connects experiences into a single unit. If there is no relation between experiences, a person will be lost. The unconnected or misconnected structure will be unstable, will have an irregular shape, and will be inconsistent. One will not be able to stand up for oneself properly. There should always be a temporal continuity. If human thinking has no continuity but has a hole in time, one will incorrectly connect one’s experiences.
Failure to connect one’s experiences comes at a time of trauma. If one would be born without the possibility of personal development, then there would be no progress, and the world would be a pretty dull place. Fortunately, this is not so. Everything is evolving and aims for development. For this reason, human integrity can be breached because one is born to perfect oneself. Along the way, one can experience a series of traumas. One can lose continuity of consciousness, intention becomes unclear, integrity and consistency of events are lost, and the behavior of the one becomes disoriented.
Fortunately, one can restore integrity and connect experiences properly (think properly), but to achieve that, one must make an effort. Connecting is actually recognizing the relationships between experiences. For example, when it rains, the one has knowledge of drops that fall from the cloud to the ground. In this example, a person has the experience of clouds, drops, ground, and falling. Each experience has attached a particular name, and then these names are aligned in one sentence that we call opinion. The opinion is formed by connecting experiences. Opinion’ rain falls from the clouds to the ground” has consistency and is based on experience. If one instead thinks that rain falls from the ground in a cloud, that would mean that the person does not correctly connect the events. Such an occurrence can not be found in nature. In that case, the one is traumatized and programmed according to someone’s will.
Creativity is in the human nature, but when the one crosses the boundaries of creativity, starts to fabricate the structure, shape, and consistency. One thinks one can play with nature, and then a scientific field such as genetic engineering is formed. Human creativity is moving in the area of influence by one’s behavior. It is not in the field of creation of new and better forms of life, but rather only in the creation of a new physical body together with the opposite gender.
The above disclosure clearly shows what it means when consistency, structure, and form are impaired. One did not create DNA, but one thinks one understands it and can do with it what one wants. Everything natural and created by the source has original structure, shape, and consistency. In the same way, live experiences have original structure, form, and consistency. By thinking, one replicates that originality. The capability of recognition can only have the one with integrity and consciousness about one’s true nature.
Consistency, shape, and structure can also be constituted by the Ego. Something seemingly may look like it has originality, but it does not. Such a structure is sick too. It will survive until one recognize it as a copy. The best example for that is the GMO fruits, which seemingly appear to have been created in nature, but only appears that way. Of course, there is some nature in them, but this nature is modified. It has no original structure, has a negative influence on the spirit, soul, and physical body, and creates circumstances for the development of various diseases. STROKE, HEART ATTACK, AND HYPERACTIVITY
Basic human need is to be in a relationship because no one in this world is alone. All the experiences one has have a relation with the environment. You can not be without a relationship. Therefore a person who does not know how to build healthy relationships can have severe health problems. Very likely can suffer a stroke, heart attack, or become hyperactive. Centers for thinking, feeling, and doing are out of balance. One of the centers is too active, while the other two centers are under the authority of the busy center. The remaining two centers have lost their independence.
Depending on the type of disorder, a person can become too intellectual, too emotional, or hyperactive. A person does not have healthy relationships with the environment. The life of such a person is based on conditionality. Such a condition is simply unsustainable and will be there until circumstances allow it. Once circumstances are changed, a sick person will find a new way how to live out of the traumatic experience or will experience a breakdown.
A stroke occurs when a person with predefined logic tries to solve relationships, and of course, that does not work, but simply comes to an overload of the brain. The person does not take one’s sensibility seriously, does not consider it essential. One thinks that emotions are irrelevant. Such conclusions one began to create after the experienced trauma. Before trauma, the person has led a “normal” life and has developed a certain logic. After the trauma person relies on learned logic solutions, including the logic of the trauma, to survive. Such logic switches off the emotions and one’s intention is subordinated to that logic (state of consciousness).
The person is not aware of a prison in which survives with the help of traumatic logic and wisdom. As long as the person manages to survive with the help of its own philosophy and understanding, the disease will not appear. However, if a person fails to survive, there will be cracking because of spinning in the same circle. One will seemingly arrange different opinions within the same context. One will think that change occurred, but actually, there is no change. The relationships of such persons are quite cold.
A person excessively considers the needs of one’s owner and in such a way kills oneself, because it is impossible to survive in a state of thinking about other people’s needs. Not because it is impossible to know what someone wants, but because in this way, a person completely ignores one’s nature. Based on past experience, one thinks about someone’s reactions, whether will one act right or wrong. That kind of behavior requires a tremendous amount of energy, which ultimately leads to stroke.
It leads to stroke because the location of the thinking center is at the forehead of the physical body. This does not mean that the center of thinking has its physical manifestation at the forehead. It only means that the center of influence of thought is on the forehead of the physical body and spreads on the brain and other parts of the body from that location. So, while in prison, trying to get out of it by thinking, one gets a stroke. Overload of the thinking center took place. The person is not aware that attempts impossible. Such a person is usually told to think “outside of the box.” How one can think that way if lives in an environment where everyone thinks the same? A person simply does not know about other concepts, nor one is aware of the loss of one’s integrity.
A heart attack is the result of trauma, after which one focuses one’s attention on emotional states. Emotions considered as reality, and based on emotion, one makes decisions and conclusions. At the same time, one is not aware of the loss of personal integrity and consciousness of one’s true nature. A person does not understand the difference between subjectivity and objectivity. The one experience emotions as the only proper mode of action, which is actually totally wrong because such emotions are a consequence of traumatic experiences. The life of such a person is based on the emotions which person consideres as a reflection of reality. In this case, the center of feeling is too active, and the remaining two centers are subordinated. The remaining two centers have lost their independence. A person thinks in the context of emotion and acts in a way to satisfy personal emotional needs.
In this case, the person takes everything personally. When a person experiences the world through emotion, it does not necessarily mean that a heart attack will take place. The name ‘heart attack’ in this article refers to the heart area where the center of intention for feelings is located. The physical issue will arise on the part of the body where energy blockage took place. Each emotion has a center of the entrance on the physical body. A heart problem arises in the context of sadness or happiness as the opposite emotion. It is not happiness that arises out of conscious and fulfilled living. A person lives an emotional life and survives as long as circumstances support such life. However, confirmation that this is not good comes at the moment of a change in a relationship. When one loses a backbone for the expression of personal traumas, one experiences a severe emotional state. That state can lead to a heart attack or a problem with some other parts of the physical body, depending on the type of emotion that one feels.
In the context of human hyperactivity, the intention is focused without feeling and thinking about what is done. The person is stuck in a particular activity. Such a person rarely “take a break,” is hyperactive, trying to achieve a specific goal. Hyperactivity ultimately leads to exhaustion and frustration. The person will simply dry out because of trying to make something by investing too much energy. The center of will is too active, and the center of thinking and feeling are subordinated to it.
Hyperactivity is characteristic of those who consider deeds as most important. Still, at the same time, one thinks and feels in the context of a particular activity. A person may have a false sense of thinking because, actually, one thinks within the context of the action. It leads to overload, a person is energetically and physically exhausted.
Have you ever wondered why is it called brain attack, heart attack or hyperactivity? Because it is truly attacking. Your brain, heart and your will are under attack. The attacker is hidden in your subconscious.
Chinese medicine confirms previous statements. The traditional Chinese medicine speaks about energy channels (meridians). Talk about five pairs of organs, two functional bodies (triple heater and pericardium), and the brain and nervous system as separate organs supplied with energy from two main meridians that provide energy to all other channels. For this reason, the center of thinking affects the brain, nervous system, spine, prostate. The center of thinking can also be called a spiritual center. A neurotic person is the one that overthinks. The emotional center affects five pairs of organs, and the intention center affects the triple heater and pericardium. The emotional center can be called the center of the soul, and the willing center can be called a center of the action (hara center). An emotional center affects the rhythm of the body, while the hara center affects the metabolism in the body, etc. A healthy lifestyle includes a balance of thinking, feeling, and doing. None of these centers is primary, but they are all equally active, activated by the one. Such is possible to achieve by direct spiritual experience of self.

FREEDOM OF LIFE
Each of us is an individual and at the same time, part of the whole. No one came into this world to satisfy the needs of others because what is the meaning of life if people do not live their own needs. The life of one’s needs, of course, does not mean to live just for oneself, but to live one’s needs in relation to the environment. However, if one has an unhealthy relationship with the environment, it means that the individual and the environment are in sick symbiosis.
The most one can do to live healthily and with lots of energy, is to feel and think about one’s experiences, clearly expresses one’s intention, and observes the behavior of the environment as a result of one’s behavior. Let things happen without a sense of a must. Allow freedom to oneself and others.
When it comes to freedom, it is vital to understand the differences between the expression of freedom, to be free, and act freely. The freedom is expressed by thinking, and to be free means to be untied. This does not mean that a person does not build relationships because the basic human need is to be in a relationship. To be free means to be in a healthy relationship, from which one can get out freely at any time. Firm connections to someone or something is a reflection of one’s weakness and lack of integrity. To act freely means to live a life of one’s needs out of personal integrity. Acting out of emotions or limited thinking is not free action, but the spread of the disease into the environment.
